Requirements
- The successful candidate will have experience in Human Resource and personnel management, Marketing, and Business Development. Your strong financial and operational acumen will be put to good use!
- 3 to 5 years of proven hospital leadership experience, demonstrating strong financial acumen and human resources management skills
- Expertise in sales, marketing, and business development within a referral-based veterinary practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-making abilities with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Professional demeanor with a friendly, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a diverse team of veterinary, technical, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Drive Business Success: Oversee all business operations, including financial management, budgeting, and marketing initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Enhance Client & Referral Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with clients and referring veterinarians, ensuring exceptional communication and service.
- Operational Excellence: Manage hiring, performance reviews, and personnel decisions with professionalism and fairness, maintaining a positive and productive workplace.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all medical records, protocols, and client communications meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Community Ambassador: Represent VCA Knowles Snapper Creek with integrity and enthusiasm within the professional community and to the public.
