Sodexo is seeking a Hospital Dining Operations Manager to lead day-to-day dining operations at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Schuylkill South in Pottsville, Pennsylvania . This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in healthcare, hospital, senior living, or high-volume dining operations, including restaurant or general management backgrounds. The Dining Operations Manager will oversee a small, close-knit team of approximately 6 FTEs, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
