About The Position

Southeast Texas HR is seeking a dependable Hospital Cashier to join our team in the hospital and healthcare industry. As a leader in recruiting and HR services, we provide excellent career opportunities for candidates with the right skills and experience. This position is a temp to hire position and you will work anywhere between 5:30am-7:30pm and will be required to work every other weekend 6am-2pm. Pay will be $13.80+ DOE. As our Hospital Cashier your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a cashier.
• Have 2 years in the food industry.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 30 pounds.
• Must be able to hear adequately and communicate verbally with customers.
• Must be able to obtain proof of immunization records.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Pass all pre-employment screening including background screen and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and maintaining excellent customer service.
• Accurately entering food order into POS system.
• Interact with customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Adhere to all food safety/sanitation policies.
• Collect money due and accurately count change.
