We are hiring a Hospital Call Center Clerk and have multiple shift times available to meet your work-life balance needs. Shift Details: Pay: $13.50 per hour 6 AM - 2:30 PM | 7 AM - 11 AM + 3 PM - 7 PM | Every other weekend morning (11 AM - 7:30 PM) Temp-to-hire What You'll Be Doing: Take incoming meal orders via phone from hospital patients Use computer systems to verify dietary restrictions and approved meal selections Navigate HIPAA-sensitive data while cross-checking information with nursing systems Accurately input orders and maintain records Provide warm, professional phone support at all times

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
6 months of experience preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
Respectful handling of patient information (HIPAA compliance)
Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent attendance - reliability is a must!
