About The Position

Please apply to RSVP and join us for our Hospital At Home Hiring Event! We are looking for a Hospital At Home Command Center RN, a Hospital At Home RN, and a Hospital At Home Equipment Technician. The event will be held on 12/15 at our Hopewell Campus: 1 Capital Way Pennington, NJ 12:30pm-2:30pm PURE Conference Room Hospital At Home Command Center RN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Pay Range: $41.60-$61.46/hr. Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years clinical RN experience. Preferably acute care, ED, or telehealth. Other Credentials: AHA ACLS or must obtain within 6 months of hire date, AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider, Driver's License, Registered Nurse - NJ or Registered Nurse - NLC multi-state Requires NIH Stroke Scale Certification (or must obtain by end of orientation) AND 8 hours of Stroke related Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) contact hours annually if assigned to: Critical Care, Intermediate Care Unit, Emergency Department, Neuro Units, Cardiology Inpatient at Hopewell, Peds ED, PACU, Interventional Radiology, CNI, Observation, Hospital at Home Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health records (e.g., Epic, Cerner). Hospital At Home RN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Pay Range: $43.90-$65.86/hr. Education: Associate's degree or graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's of Science degree in nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience:Three years experience in an acute care setting. Previous telemetry experience required. Other Credentials:AHA ACLS or must obtain within 6 months of hire date,AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider,Drivers License,Registered Nurse - NJ or Registered Nurse - NLC multi-state Requires NIH Stroke Scale Certification (or must obtain by end of orientation) AND 8 hours of Stroke related Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) contact hours annually if assigned to: Critical Care, Intermediate Care Unit, Emergency Department, Neuro Units, Cardiology Inpatient at Hopewell, Peds ED, PACU, Interventional Radiology, CNI, Observation, Hospital at Home Knowledge and Skills:Possesses strong problem solving and decision making skills. Demonstrates high interpersonal skills at an individual as well as team level. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Adjusts quickly and reacts positively to change. Considerable knowledge of principles, practices and current trends in nursing. Possesses good work ethic. Special Training: Demonstrates knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures and standards. Hospital At Home Equipment Technician MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Pay Range: $16.75-$23.93/hr. Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: Previous work experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred. Other Credentials: AHA BLS. Non-Licensed must obtain before end of orientation period Knowledge and Skills:Knowledge of basic medical terminology. Proficient in English. Verbal and written communication skills. Special Training:CPR. Mental, Behavioral and Emotional Abilities:Ability to communicate with hospital staff. Uses discretion and courtesy when working with staff and visitors. Requirements

Hospital At Home Command Center RN: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
