Your Role As the Hospice Volunteer Manager, you’ll lead, guide, and support a team of volunteers who are crucial to our mission. Requirements

At least 2 years in a healthcare setting
Ability to supervise, support, and evaluate a volunteer team
A solid understanding of the hospice philosophy
Proven ability to develop and manage volunteer services that align with both patient and organizational needs
Strong interpersonal and managerial skills, with the ability to treat volunteers with the same value and respect as staff
