Location: Would provide service in the St. Paul/West. St. Paul MN area. Pay rate: Up to $72.20/hour Depending on Experience! This is a temporary assignment filling in for a leave of absence!

Requirements

• An active RN license in the states of MN and WI are required.
• At least one year of previous experience working as an RN in a hospice, long-term care or palliative care setting.
• Must have reliable transportation for patient visits.
• Must have a reliable phone/workspace at home to provide phone triage assistance remotely.

Responsibilities

• Triage phone calls as needed.
• Complete necessary steps for medication refills as needed.
• Durable Medical Equipment support and troubleshooting.
• Symptom management for hospice patients.
• Making visits for deaths and/or helping patients with issues that are not able to be managed over the phone.
• All other duties as assigned.
