Requirements

• Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts
• Minimum two years of recent, professional nursing experience.
• Valid Massachusetts Driver's License

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospice, oncology, or home health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Telephone triage
• PRN visits for symptom management needs and other visits assigned by the Clinical Manager
• After-hours admissions and screens
• Remote chart auditing
• Stand up and stand down participation
• Roughly 5-6 visits a day, less if an admission is completed
