Hospice RN - Full-Time - Up to $74.20/hour

Location: Would provide service in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul MN and surrounding suburbs. Pay rate: Up to $74.20/hour depending on experience plus mileage This is a temporary assignment filling in for a leave of absence!
Requirements
- An active RN license in the states of MN and WI are required.
- At least one year of previous experience working as an RN in a hospice, long-term care or palliative care setting.
- Must have reliable transportation for patient visits.
- Must have a reliable phone/workspace at home to provide phone triage assistance remotely.
Responsibilities
- Triage phone calls as needed.
- Complete necessary steps for medication refills as needed.
- Durable Medical Equipment support and troubleshooting.
- Symptom management for hospice patients.
- Making visits for deaths and/or helping patients with issues that are not able to be managed over the phone.
- All other duties as assigned.
