You’ll guide an incredible interdisciplinary team, ensure exceptional patient care, and be a trusted clinical voice when it matters most.
Requirements
- Active RN license (required)
- Hospice and/or home health experience (strongly preferred)
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Confidence in clinical decision-making
- A heart for hospice and a backbone for leadership
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Leading, supporting, and empowering hospice nursing staff
