About The Position

Position Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care for patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure the highest level of comfort and quality of life for patients in their end-of-life journey. About VNA Care: VNA Care is one of the Commonwealth's largest home health and hospice providers, serving more than 200 communities in Eastern and Central Massachusetts. Our nonprofit includes VNA Care Network, VNA of Boston, VNA Hospice & Palliative Care, and At Home Private Care. Working together, we provide a full range of home health, palliative, hospice, private care, and community services to patients with a wide range of health care needs. VNA Care focuses on promoting the health and wellbeing of patients and families by providing high-quality, cost-effective health care to vulnerable individuals in their homes, assisted living facilities, and other settings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year in an acute care setting or comparable work experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of one year oncology and home care experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year Hospice experience preferred.
