About The Position
A hospice volunteer is someone who wants to make a difference. Our volunteers help by bringing joy to patients and families, offering companionship and a warm presence, among many other things. The rewards of hospice volunteering are meaningful and powerful, enriching ourselves as we provide presence to others. We offer comprehensive on-line training that is uplifting, as well as informative, and can be done at your own pace. A few hours each month can make a big difference. Visits are made at your convenience.
