About The Position

MUST HAVE A HOSPICE BOOK OF BUSINESS Hours: Monday - Friday - 8a-5p Driving position - must be willing and able to drive to patients place of resident.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE A HOSPICE BOOK OF BUSINESS
  • Driving position - must be willing and able to drive to patients place of resident.
  • Three years experience minimum with established accounts.
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, negotiation skills and public relations skills.
  • Knowledgeable about the Hospice benefit and how to explain it to referral sources, patients and families.
  • Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community
  • Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
  • This is a driving position, must have automobile, valid drives license and insurance.
  • Established Book of Business
  • 3 years marketing experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-Lingual a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Call on Physicians, Hospitals, Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and other potential referral sources to develop new business relationships.
  • Prepare marketing plans and develop target lists with-in an assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Use skills to develop territories sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas.
  • Proficient in the explanation of benefits for patients and families.
  • Represent Hospice Promise and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner.
  • Interact with Hospice Promise patient care management and staff in a team fashion consistent with the organization’s service and teamwork culture.
  • Maintain standards of high-quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner.
