Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of recent, progressive sales experience with Hospice in San Antonio.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Compassion and Empathy: A deep and genuine commitment to the hospice philosophy of care.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to individuals and groups.
- Self-Motivation: A self-starter who is energized by working independently while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using Trella software to manage your sales pipeline and track activities.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospital discharge planners, skilled nursing facility administrators, and assisted living facility staff.
- Market Leadership: Conduct strategic market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Expert Education: Educate referral sources and the community on the benefits of compassionate hospice care, ensuring a seamless and positive patient transition.
- Growth and Success: Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively managing your territory and executing a strategic sales plan.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure a flawless experience for patients and partners.
