As an Evening Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Elara Caring, you’ll serve as a trusted clinical presence for patients receiving hospice services at home. This role is designed for nurses who value connection, consistency, and purpose-driven care—without overnight shifts or weekend rotations. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Role at a Glance In this field-based position, you’ll partner closely with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary hospice team to deliver hands-on nursing care that supports comfort, safety, and dignity. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
Active LPN license in the state of practice
At least one year of hands-on clinical nursing experience (Hospice, palliative, or home-based care experience is a plus)
Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently in the field
Clear, empathetic communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to manage time efficiently
Willingness to travel within the service area (up to 50%)
Reliable transportation and ability to meet agency health and screening standards

Nice To Haves

Hospice, palliative, or home-based care experience is a plus
Highly preferred to live in the service area of Lenawee, Hillsdale, and or Monroe Counties
