About The Position

Bayshore is recruiting for an evening shift RN/LPN candidate to become a part of our team! RN rates starting at $28.50-$34 (depending on experience). The Registered Nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines Supervising CNAs Medication administration • Wound and treatment care Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review

Requirements

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
• Supervising CNAs
• Medication administration
• Wound and treatment care
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
