About The Position

As the Hospice House Coordinator, you will help ensure that our Hospice House runs smoothly and that patients, families, and staff receive exceptional support. In this role, you will: Keep daily office operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. Support the Hospice team by managing paperwork, schedules, and documentation. Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for calls and inquiries. Coordinate communication between team members, leadership, and outside partners. Assist with billing- and record-related tasks to help keep processes accurate and timely. Maintain office systems, supplies, and basic reporting to support patient care. Provide guidance to staff and help ensure consistent processes across locations. Contribute to planning meetings, events, and activities that support team and patient needs. Uphold Andwell’s mission by helping create a positive, compassionate experience for everyone we serve.

Requirements

  • An associate degree in business or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Several years of office or administrative experience, ideally in healthcare.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the confidence to take initiative.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • A positive attitude aligned with Andwell’s culture of belonging and mission-driven care.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform routine office tasks.
