As the Hospice House Coordinator, you will help ensure that our Hospice House runs smoothly and that patients, families, and staff receive exceptional support. In this role, you will: Keep daily office operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly. Support the Hospice team by managing paperwork, schedules, and documentation. Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable point of contact for calls and inquiries. Coordinate communication between team members, leadership, and outside partners. Assist with billing- and record-related tasks to help keep processes accurate and timely. Maintain office systems, supplies, and basic reporting to support patient care. Provide guidance to staff and help ensure consistent processes across locations. Contribute to planning meetings, events, and activities that support team and patient needs.
