You are a hands-on Executive Administrator who leads the day-to-day operations of a multi-site hospice provider. You implement and uphold agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. You drive strategic projects, support long-term objectives, and enhance profitability while maintaining high standards of care. You inspire and retain qualified staff, ensure service quality, and act as a key liaison across departments.
