About The Position

Hospice CNA (Full-Time) Puget Sound Hospice is seeking compassionate Hospice CNAs to join our team covering Thurston, Grays Harbor, and Mason counties. We offer competitive pay of $24-$30 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. Requirements

  • Current CNA certification
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience
  • Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
  • Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Previous home health and hospice experience preferred
  • Experience working with geriatric patients

Responsibilities

  • Travel between multiple patient locations throughout your shift (no single 1:1 assignments)
  • Provide personal care and support services to patients
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility support
  • Offer comfort and compassion to hospice patients and their families during end-of-life care
  • Monitor, report, and document patient conditions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team
  • Maintain accurate patient visit records
