Hospice Nursing Assistant CNA | On Call / PRN | Duluth MN area. The Nursing Assistant, CNA is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services as outlined in the clients care plan. This position is responsible for following the direction of the nursing staff by following the individualized care plan for the clients they care for. We are seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA who is looking for a change of pace in their CNA career and is interested in patient-centered, one-on-one care. This role provides the opportunity to support hospice patients in various settings, including private homes and senior living or skilled nursing facilities. Opportunity Details: Schedule: On Call / Casual / PRN / Pick up shifts as they become available. Pay: The targeted pay range for this job is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour.
