Your compassionate care will involve adhering to personalized care plans, ensuring hygiene, and providing support in activities of daily living (ADLs) like dressing, bathing, and grooming. You'll assist residents with mobility and transfers, always prioritizing their dignity and safety. Monitoring vital signs and documenting fluid and nutritional intake will be part of your responsibilities, along with promptly reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Offering emotional support and encouraging participation in engaging activities will help foster a sense of community. Plus, you'll ensure cleanliness and comfort in their living spaces while expertly operating equipment like Hoyer lifts and gait belts.   • CPR/AED required within first 120 days of employment.
