About The Position

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Hospice Business Development Representative or Hospice Liaison to expand their hospice presence across NW & NE Oklahoma City. This role requires direct hospice experience, focusing on understanding hospice philosophy, compliance, referral dynamics, and ethical census growth. Requirements

• Previous hospice experience REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations and eligibility criteria
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Hospice business development, liaison, or hospice sales experience preferred
• Established referral network in the Oklahoma City market preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow hospice referral relationships across Oklahoma City
• Partner with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, and community leaders
• Educate referral partners on hospice eligibility, services, and value
• Increase hospice census through ethical, patient-centered growth strategies
• Conduct in-person visits, facility calls, and community outreach
• Track referral trends, activity, and performance metrics
