About The Position

A well-established facility near La Crosse, WI is seeking a Hospice and Palliative Care Director to join their Home Health and Hospice team! Hospice and Palliative Care Director Opportunity: Full-time permanent position Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8a-4:30p Provide strategic and operational leadership for the hospice program, including staffing, 24/7 care availability, budgeting, long-range planning, and financial viability. Ensure regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and policy development while overseeing staff performance, education, contracts, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Promote high-quality, patient- and family-centered care through effective referral management, continuity of care, satisfaction tracking, community outreach, and positive staff engagement. Requirements

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a home health or hospice setting
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, healthcare or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with regulatory compliance for Medicaid and Joint Commission preferred
