In addition, the Hospice Admission RN is expected to establish hospice plan of care and communicate according. Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved nursing education program
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  • One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse
  • Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a special emphasis on grief/loss management.
  • Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
