About The Position

Job Summary: Individual performs the coordination and critical accounting function and reporting of the bulk patient nourishments. Assembles and distributes bulk nourishments to assigned nursing units and obtains documentation for receipt. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and basic knowledge of nutrition, food handling, and sanitation.
• Ability to operate a computer to obtain patient information and transmit messages, including basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow oral instructions.
• Tact and courteous interaction with patients and staff is a necessity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that upholds CarolinaEast's Standards of Excellence.
