Horizontal Strategic Operations Project Manager Capital One's Learning & Development (L&D) Strategic Operations team is looking for a Horizontal Strategic Operations Project Manager to tell the story of L&D’s impact in support of enterprise learning priorities. In this role, you'll partner with program managers and learning consultants to design, implement, and track the flow of work across the L&D operating model, socialize data, contribute to well-managed process improvement, standardization, and efficiency, and identify opportunities to scale horizontal solutions. We're seeking a highly motivated strategic thinker who will act as a central hub, ensuring our team's efforts are aligned with the broader organizational goals. You'll work closely with leaders across the organization to refine our operational strategies, optimize our processes, and drive key transformations. You will also help drive the well-managed execution of our team’s strategy by partnering to operationalize organizational priorities, manage various work streams, lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on critical change management processes.
