Augusta Infrastructure Group. is hiring an experienced Directional Drill Locator. This is a hands-on travelling job where you’ll be out in the field every day making sure the work gets done safely and right the first time. We’re looking for someone who knows Falcon equipment, understands underground utilities, and can keep things moving even when the day gets tough. If you take pride in your work, stay cool under pressure, and know how to get production without cutting corners, you’ll fit right in here. Qualifications & Requirements Hands-on experience operating Falcon F5+ locating systems is required Ability to read and interpret construction plans, bore profiles, and utility maps Strong understanding of underground utility locations, depths, and tolerances General knowledge of construction methods, job site safety, and HDD operations Comfortable working in trenches, manholes, tunnels, and other confined or restricted spaces Physically capable of frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 75 lbs independently Ability to maintain accurate bore logs, locate data, and prepare daily reports Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a drilling crew Willing to travel and work outdoors in all weather conditions What We Offer Good Pay: $25–$30/hr, depending on experience Full Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision Travel Perks: $40 daily per diem and company-paid hotel rooms Training & Growth: Paid training, certification renewals, and real chances to move up Steady Work: We’re a growing company with a full schedule and long-term contracts About Us: At Augusta, we work hard, look out for each other, and take pride in leaving every job site better than we found it.
