About The Position

Are you passionate about supporting survivors, breaking cycles of violence, and creating safer communities? Join us at the Hope Family Justice Center (HFJC), where we bring compassion, advocacy, and trauma‑informed services together under one roof. We’re looking for a dedicated HFJC Coordinator—someone driven, empathetic, energized by human connection, and committed to empowering individuals experiencing domestic violence. In this vital frontline role, you’ll ensure that every client walking through our doors feels supported, informed, and safe. You will: Lead and streamline the intake and service inquiry process so clients receive timely, appropriate support. Welcome clients to the HFJC, assist with required documentation, and ensure they fully understand all materials. Provide crisis counseling, safety planning, advocacy, and trauma‑informed emotional support. Connect clients to partner agencies and coordinate care plans. Maintain accurate intake forms, reports, and grant‑related data (VOCA, CDBG, and more). Build strong relationships with the NHPD Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Officer and key community partners. Serve as the Safety Officer for the Temple Street location. Maintain office operations—supplies, maintenance communication, and supporting onsite needs. Attend trainings, workshops, and accreditation-required seminars to grow professionally. Use your personal vehicle when necessary for agency business or client transport. Every day brings opportunity—to support healing, encourage empowerment, and create lasting impact. If you’re committed to safety, dignity, and hope—and driven by the belief that healing is possible—we want to meet you. Apply today and help us create safer futures.
