Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of new vehicle sales. Build and maintain a highly motivated and productive sales force. Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Meet vehicle unit sales quotas and objectives on a daily and monthly basis. Ensure that units sold assist the dealership in reaching its profit objectives. Manage daily operations of the sales department and its personnel. Supervise and motivate sales staff. Be willing to help sales team with CRM and customer contact. Close deals and manage a 100% TO policy. Work closely with F&I department through credit and approvals to maximize sales opportunities. Automotive Sales Manager Requirements: Minimum of 3 years Sales Management experience. Have prior experience managing teams of sales representatives. Be able to master CRM software, inventory control & pricing tools. Experience with VIN Solutions, vAuto, RouteOne and Reynolds and Reynolds are a plus. Be high energy, outgoing, and willing to work hand-in-hand with our sales team. Must be a driven leader with motivational skills and proven customer relations skills. Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment. Must have strong inter-personal skills and demonstrated organizational ability. Must have excellent computer skills.
