Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience (Honda experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset
- Familiarity with CRM or dealership software a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong advantage
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships and understand each customer's vehicle needs
- Demonstrate and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Guide customers through test drives, financing, and purchase processes
- Deliver vehicles and explain warranties and key features
- Provide outstanding service that builds long-term customer loyalty
