Our compensation structure includes: Competitive commission-based pay plan Performance-based bonuses and incentives Earning potential aligned with production and volume Compensation complies with California pay transparency requirements and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Valid California driver's license and insurability required

- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Assess customer vehicle needs through effective communication and active listening
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including test drives
- Guide customers through pricing, financing introductions, and purchase paperwork
- Explain vehicle features, warranties, and delivery process to ensure satisfaction
- Follow up with prospects to generate repeat and referral business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
