Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

- Prior automotive or parts experience preferred (but not required)
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries and orders
- Accurately source, locate, and distribute automotive parts
- Maintain and organize inventory
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in person and by phone
- Collaborate with the service team to keep repairs on track
