About The Position

To be the primary point of contact, alongside the Director of Lodging Operations, the Lead Homeowner Relations Account Manager, and other Account Managers for JHRL homeowners regarding their properties in the JHRL rental program, while ensuring the highest quality of service is provided according to company and departmental standards.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and sales skills. Must be able to give and receive information both orally and written in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn various software systems.
  • Realtors’ License within 6 months
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across departments and as part of a team.
  • Strong desire to deliver high quality customer service.
  • Detail oriented as it pertains to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of interior design.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent number of years of experience in the field
  • Familiarity with Wyoming Real Estate
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in hotel or vacation rental operations

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or hospitality or related field
  • Wyoming Real Estate License to be the responsible broker for JHRL
  • 5-7 years ski resort hotel or vacation rental management experience

Responsibilities

  • Works directly with Director of Lodging Operations and other Account Managers in the management of rental properties
  • Conducts spring and fall inspections on all properties, maintains inventory, final inspections, coordinating maintenance work and seeing any problems through to their conclusion before, during and after rentals and owner stays.
  • Responsible for communication and follow up with JHRL homeowners regarding their properties on the JHRL rental program.
  • Provide the personal touch and the necessary attention to the homeowners at all times to ensure their needs and requests are taken care of fully and promptly.
  • Responsible for screening tenants, collecting rent, and assessing units after long term tenant departure.
  • Acts as project manager for ongoing maintenance projects or home improvements.
  • Be an additional contact for homeowners, including communication on condition of property, projects in progress, status of rental income, necessary upgrades, or additions to inventory.
  • Keep Director of Lodging Operations and other Account Managers informed of ongoing issues in the rental properties.
  • Show properties to prospective renters.
  • Communicates relevant owner and renter requests to other departments.
  • Responding to actionable items in guest reviews.
  • Responsible for all packages sent by homeowners for their homes and to ensure the security of the homeowner’s keys and homeowner closets.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date descriptions of all homes in JHRL’s inventory; to include map, description, bedding and amenities for website, Streamline, the reservations books, and any other communication platforms.
  • Assist in coordinating the “Change of Ownership Status” procedures between all departments and ensuring all details are correctly and promptly addressed.
  • Assists in on-boarding of new owners and properties.
  • Works with Homeowner Associations to ensure prompt communication regarding projects, issues and meetings.
  • Works collaboratively with Director of Lodging Operations, other Account Managers, and the JHMR marketing department to effectively marketing all rental properties.
  • Supports and assists Director of Lodging Operations, Lead Account Manager, Caretaker Service Manager, Maintenance Director, Operations Manager and Housekeeping Manager in additional tasks as necessary.
  • Oversees the office when other Account Managers are absent.
  • Responds to questions from the Reservations Department.
  • Reviews owner statements for accuracy.
  • Communicates dates of owner stays or blocks to Reservations Department.
  • Continually monitor guest surveys and take appropriate actions.
  • Works to mitigate and correct guest damage in homeowner absence.
  • Knowledge of current trends in lodging and design
