What You’ll Do as a Swim Instructor Teaching students (as young as 3 months!) and adults how to swim using our proven, gentle, and engaging methods. Bringing high energy and positivity to every lesson - you’ll be your students' biggest cheerleader! Creating a safe, welcoming environment where kids feel encouraged to learn and grow. Working in the water for your entire four hour shift - this isn’t a dry, on-the-sidelines kind of job! Engaging with families and keeping them updated on their swimmer’s progress. Requirements

A fun, enthusiastic personality
Comfortable in and around water
A passion for working with kids
High school diploma (or in progress)
Able to be on your feet in the pool for 4 hours at a time and occasionally assist in lifting kids.

Nice To Haves

Experience working with children or Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certifications (but not required).
