About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Homemakers and Caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in the Bellingham and Medway, MA area. This role focuses on assisting clients with household tasks, errands, and companionship to help maintain independence, safety, and quality of life. Guardian Angel Senior Services is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality home care that supports seniors in maintaining dignity and independence in their own homes.
Requirements
- Ability to perform light housekeeping and household management tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and safety guidelines
- Reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving, homemaker, or home care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, changing linens)
- Assist with laundry and ironing
- Prepare simple meals and assist with basic nutrition needs
- Provide medication reminders
- Grocery shopping and running errands
- Accompany clients to appointments
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities
- Follow care plans and maintain a safe home environment
