Our employees play a key role in delivering exceptional care to every person we serve, allowing them to continue living comfortably, safely, and independently in their own home. We train and manage all our caregivers, and there are currently caregiver jobs to fit any experience level. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchise. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare is a plus.
  • Previous experience in homecare or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
  • Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to pass background checks and maintain client confidentiality.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Basic understanding of personal care and safety protocols.
  • Flexible schedule to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
  • Must have a negative TB test within the last year

Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping.
  • Engage clients in social activities and conversation to enhance their quality of life.
  • Administer medication reminders as needed and monitor client well-being.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
  • Support clients with mobility and transportation to appointments and outings.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
