Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Eligible for National Board Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
Minimum 1-year experience (or ability to complete 6-8 weeks of preceptorship).
Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
A passion for providing compassionate, mission-aligned care.

Nice To Haves

Home healthcare experience preferred.
