About The Position

Overview: Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Provides administrative support to the homecare team as needed. Coordinates communication between homecare providers and clients, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care services. Resolves any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner. Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Job Description Summary: Works with assigned client to develop marketing and communication plans and execute on tactics aligned to business needs. Job Description: Essential Functions: Collaborates on the implementation of marketing and communication projects, campaigns, or events, ensuring completion within time and budget constraints. Assists with the strategic development and evaluation of marketing and communication plans. Creates and manages content and materials for assigned platforms or audiences. Collaborates with various teams, departments, and external vendors, ensuring that the execution of projects and strategies align with broader organizational objectives. Ensures consistent branding and messaging across different platforms to enhance organizational visibility. Uses data and analytics to inform strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and projects.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Ohio or be willing to relocate
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, required.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with various stakeholders and audiences
  • Effective planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Three years of marketing, communication, or equivalent experience, required.
  • OCCASIONALLY: Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 21-40 lbs, Machinery, Pushing / Pulling: 0-25 lbs, Pushing / Pulling: 26-40 lbs, Reaching above shoulder
