About The Position

Brandermill Woods Homecare is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Homecare Director to lead and grow our home care services. This leadership role is responsible for directing daily operations, driving business development, and ensuring exceptional client and caregiver experiences. The Homecare Director will oversee all aspects of the organization’s operations, including marketing, staffing, client services, and financial performance. This individual will play a key role in expanding the business, strengthening community partnerships, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • At least one year of direct healthcare service experience and one year of recent supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related program (this is from the regulations)
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 4–10 years of relevant business or healthcare experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
  • Knowledge of the senior care or homecare industry preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to grow business revenue and profitability
  • Experience in marketing, sales, and relationship management
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and homecare software systems
  • Professional demeanor with strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to attend networking events and deliver presentations
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed

  • Knowledge of the senior care or homecare industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational functions including staffing, finance, human resources, client services, and sales
  • Develop and execute the annual operational plan and budget
  • Drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, and build strong relationships with referral sources and the local community
  • Oversee client and family engagement from initial inquiry through ongoing quality assurance
  • Implement strategies to improve client satisfaction, caregiver engagement, and conversion rates
  • Monitor and manage key performance metrics and financial outcomes
  • Conduct regular performance and accountability meetings with team members
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
