About The Position
Primary Purpose: To provide individualized instruction and case management for students receiving homebound services due to medical or other qualifying conditions. The Homebound Teacher ensures continuity of instruction, progress monitoring, and compliance with IEP or general education requirements while students are served in the home setting.
