The Home Store Operations Manager provides excellent customer service not only to Home Store customers but to volunteers, staff, and donors at all times by creating an inviting and warm atmosphere. He/she will work closely with the Retail Director to provide proper coverage and support in the daily operations of Four Seasons Hospice Home Store. He/she will be well versed in total store operations to ensure a strong level of goal execution, and achievement. He/she supervises paid store staff and volunteers. He/she is responsible for maintaining Home Store standards through operations and organization of the store. He/she assists the Retail Director with annual budgeting, strategic planning, business plans, setting goals, and establishing steps to attain those goals.
