Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Drive Up & Go (DUG) operations to deliver an exceptional online grocery customer experience.
  • Oversee order fulfillment processes including picking, staging, loading, and customer handoff.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and on‑time completion of customer orders.
  • Monitor workflow and productivity to meet performance and service level expectations.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise DUG Associates and Personal Shoppers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and operational routines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the DUG and store areas.
