Responsibilities

Lead and manage Drive Up & Go (DUG) operations to deliver an exceptional online grocery customer experience.
Oversee order fulfillment processes including picking, staging, loading, and customer handoff.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and on‑time completion of customer orders.
Monitor workflow and productivity to meet performance and service level expectations.
Train, schedule, and supervise DUG Associates and Personal Shoppers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and operational routines.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the DUG and store areas.
