Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience (residential experience in construction, home services, or related preferred)
- Proven success in managing field teams and production KPIs
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
- A servant leader who can build trust, deliver results, and bring out the best in others
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Oversee all plumbing install and service production, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to company standards
- Dispatch, monitor, and support a growing team of top-performing plumbers and helpers
- Drive performance metrics and create plans to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and deliver 5-star customer experiences
- Lead daily huddles and coach your team for growth, safety, and success
- Manage inventory, equipment, and fleet related to the plumbing division
