About The Position

Blue Moon Genetics, LLC (BMG) is seeking a highly motivated Production Services Technician to join our team. The Production Services Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products. The successful candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet the company's high standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering results.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a production environment
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience with SAP or other production management software

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and timely production of high-quality products
• Perform quality control checks to ensure that all products meet the company's high standards
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
