The Home Repair Intake Specialist is a part-time position (up to 24 hours per week; M-F) and serves as a point of contact for homeowners seeking assistance. This position reports directly to the Home Repair Program Manager. The Intake Specialist is responsible for screening applicants, determining preliminary eligibility, collecting and verifying required documentation, and ensuring homeowners understand program requirements and next steps.
