Our craftsmen are multi-skilled professionals who take pride in doing the job right the first time while delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking a Senior Home Repair Specialist with strong experience across multiple trades. This role is ideal for a professional who can independently complete projects, mentor other craftsmen, and represent our brand with professionalism in customers’ homes. The 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service. They are skilled and experienced in many trades, but their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others who work in the industry. Most of the projects completed are for Repeat and Referral Customers—folks truly appreciate our high level of service, and they often request additional work by asking for particular Craftsmen by name. Requirements
- 5+ years residential experience preferred
- Strong skills across multiple trades
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check
- Own basic tools (specialty tools provided as needed)
- Comfortable using a mobile app for job documentation
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of home repairs and improvement projects
- Troubleshoot problems and recommend solutions to homeowners
- Complete jobs efficiently with attention to detail and quality
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Document work using mobile tools (ServiceTitan)
- Mentor junior craftsmen when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
