Responsibilities

Create a Joyful Home Environment: Ensure that each home is a place where residents feel comfortable, valued, and empowered. You’ll create an atmosphere of positivity and joy that everyone can feel.
Lead with Kindness: Manage and inspire a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), providing guidance, support, and encouragement to help them succeed in their roles.
Foster Positive Relationships: Build strong, positive relationships with residents, families, guardians, and other stakeholders, ensuring open and joyful communication at all times.
Ensure Quality Care: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that all care and support provided meets or exceeds state guidelines and Sunnyhill’s high standards.
Celebrate Success: Recognize and celebrate the achievements and milestones of both residents and team members, making every success a moment of joy.
Lead by Example: Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and a positive attitude in every aspect of your work, setting the tone for your team and the entire home.
