About The Position

As a Home Loan Specialist, you will play an essential role in keeping the loan process running smoothly. You’ll support multiple business channels by handling critical administrative tasks, reviewing documents, and communicating with customers and third‑party vendors. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly support our business goals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Mortgage experience is required
Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Previous experience in financial services or mortgage preferred.
Basic understanding of Federal, State, and Local lending regulations.

Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely data entry and validation of loan information.
Initiate third‑party service orders such as title, appraisals, credit, flood certs, and more.
Review, validate, and maintain loan documentation to ensure completeness.
Respond to routine phone, email, and chat inquiries from customers and partners.
Monitor workflow queues, stepping in to resolve issues or delays as needed.
Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
