Requirements

Minimum 3 years of mortgage lending experience, including origination
Working knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
NMLS registration or eligibility
Strong credit analysis and structuring skills
Ability to manage multiple files without losing precision
A bias toward action over excuses
