You'll operate within pricing guardrails, use our LOS to deliver speed and transparency, and strengthen relationships with realtors, builders, and community partners, all while representing FCCU as a trusted advisor in the market. Requirements

Minimum 3 years of mortgage lending experience, including origination
Working knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
NMLS registration or eligibility
Strong credit analysis and structuring skills
Ability to manage multiple files without losing precision
A bias toward action over excuses
